What is critical illness insurance? A critical illness insurance certificate provides a single cash benefit to you if you’re diagnosed or treated for a covered critical illness event. The benefit is triggered by covered critical illnesses.
This is for illustrative purposes only. Benefits may not be available in all states for all enrollments.
This insurance coverage is there for you in the event of a covered critical illness and will pay you a lump sum benefit if you are diagnosed with a covered critical illness such as heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure, cancer or if a physician determines you need a major organ transplant. It also has a Health Screening Benefit for preventive care, which covers tests such as colonoscopies, chest X-rays, and pap smear tests. Download PDF
